- Field Teams Operating Vehicles: Sales, marketing, technical service, and field operation personnel.
- Employees with Assigned Company Cars: All employees and executives provided with an assigned company vehicle (benefit car).
How Is the Course Delivered?
The training is delivered in 2 comprehensive stages combining theoretical concepts with real-world traffic coaching:
- Interactive Theoretical Module (3 Hours): Delivered classroom-style or online, focusing on case studies and proactive driving principles.
- In-Traffic Practical Coaching (~45 Mins / Driver): An individual observation and real-time feedback session conducted in active traffic alongside our expert instructor.

Measurable Driver Risk Scorecard & Corporate Reporting
Following the practical drive, our instructor evaluates driver behaviors against standardized objective criteria, delivering a comprehensive risk and competency report to your management team. Our evaluation framework categorizes drivers into clear profiles:
- Defensive Driver Profile: Drivers demonstrating low-risk and proactive driving behaviors.
- Experienced Driver with Development Areas: Drivers possessing adequate skill but requiring minor habit refinements.
- High-Risk Driver Profile: Drivers requiring dedicated monitoring, targeted intervention, or supplementary coaching.
Certification and Accreditation
- DVR Accreditation & TOSFED Approval: Our institution and instructor team are officially accredited by the German Road Safety Council (DVR – Deutscher Verkehrssicherheitsrat) and TOSFED approval.
- Certificate of Participation: Participants who successfully complete the program receive a certificate of participation bearing the DVR logo.
