Employee Shuttle Technical Safety Audit (Safe Pass) is a road safety control service that evaluates and reports critical vehicle, equipment, and safety elements of service vehicles used for employee and student transportation under field conditions.
This assessment is conducted to reduce vehicle-related road safety risks in transportation operations, support service vehicles in meeting defined safety standards, and identify major non-conformities that can be detected during the assessment.
How Is the Audit Process Conducted?
Technical assessments are conducted by road safety specialists at locations designated by the organization or at service vehicle gathering points.
The assessment is carried out based on the minimum requirements set by national regulations, together with the assessment criteria established by DUZ Academy in line with its road safety approach. Where deemed necessary, DUZ Academy’s assessment criteria may include standards that exceed the minimum legal requirements.
Vehicle and Safety Checks
Critical vehicle elements, safety equipment, and in-vehicle safety conditions are assessed under field conditions in accordance with the defined assessment criteria. Any major non-conformities identified are evaluated and reported.
Reporting and Analysis
Following the assessment, a detailed Vehicle Technical Audit Report is prepared for each service vehicle. The report objectively presents the major non-conformities identified during the assessment and findings relevant to road safety.
