Explicit Consent Declaration Regarding the Law on the Protection of Personal Data
I have read and understood the Personal Data Protection and Clarification Text of DUZ Academy Eğitim Danışmanlık ve Organizasyon Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Company”), and in this context: I hereby give my explicit consent to the storage, archiving, analysis, and processing of my Personal Data, as outlined in the Data Categories in the table below (Table-1), for the purposes of developing the Company’s products and services, offering them to me in a customized manner according to my preferences, usage habits, and needs, creating a customer portfolio, ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals with whom the Company has a business relationship, conducting administrative operations related to communication carried out by the Company, ensuring the physical security and supervision of the Company’s locations, managing customer evaluation/complaint processes, conducting reputation research processes, legal compliance processes, audits, etc., determining and implementing the Company’s commercial and business strategies; as well as to the analysis and interpretation of my financial validity in numerical, textual, or graphical form based on my existing information and/or data, the recording, logging, storing, updating, processing, sharing, disclosure to third parties, transferring, and classification of such information and details, in accordance with the conditions specified in Article 8 regarding the transfer of personal data and Article 9 regarding the transfer of personal data abroad under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), and as further stipulated by the same law.
