The Driver Competency Assessment is conducted before an employee is assigned a company vehicle.

During the assessment, each candidate’s driving experience, driving habits, road safety awareness and hazard perception are evaluated and reported to the company.

Candidates who meet the required criteria are classified as “Eligible to drive a company vehicle.” Those who do not meet the criteria are classified as “Not eligible to drive a company vehicle,” accompanied by expert recommendations regarding their development and training needs.
